I would like to fix my Civil 3d 2017 as AutoCAD soon as possible without re-installing the product again.

While opening a sound can be listen !
The Mouse pointer cursor hair not appears ! I need to click on the screen.
This happens when I was learning & practicing with Customize User Interface.

Hi,

make sure from your Autodesk Desktop App that you have the latest updates also try to reset AutoCAD to default settings . >> Click <<

I have attached my video with a new thread, can you have a look !

If I could reset AutoCAD to default settings, I may lose many things because I am using this product for the past 4 years & custom plugin applications, options settings & many more....
