Publish Multiple Layouts - RTEXT relationship

The title block I use uses RTEXT to reference the location and date of the file, the "code" for the RTEXT is $(getvar, "dwgprefix")$(getvar, "dwgname")$(edtime,0, m/dd/yy). When I plot a single layout the RTEXT works perfectly fine referencing the correct location. When I Publish selected layouts the RTEXT always references my local temp location. I am not using the plot stamp provided by the AutoCAD program, but the plot stamp parameter file is AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\C3D 2021\enu\support\Inches.pss.

I can use MTEXT and FIELDS to get the correct location but the date does not update, I can use the plot stamp provided but the stamp placement location is different depending on the size of the sheets. I am the only person in my office that has this issue with the RTEXT. I have compared settings with coworkers and all appear to be the same.

If you are the only one in your office with the issue, it is most likely you are using different PUBLISH parameters than everyone else.
Sit down with your cad manager or adjacent colleague, use screenshots or whatever you need to compare everything side by side including all publish options and choices being selected.

Are there any other settings/parameters besides these? I can't seem to find much on publishing specifically. I have checked these they all seem the same as colleagues.
