How to use Title block template while creating a new "layout" tab without having to "Right click" ?

Hello community

I had created a title block which I have saved as a template file. My goal here was to use that title block in every other drawings I make where every layout tab contains the Title Block template that I have created such that when I click on the + sign to create the new layout, it will have the title block template that i have created without having to right click and use "From Template" option.

For that I have tried setting the new Title block template file as default in the template setting under the "Option" menu but when i open a new file only the number of layout tab i have previously save seems to have the template i created while every new layout i create have the same old default page setup and template and i have to some how right click and again select from template option which is little time consuming.

Now my question is is there a way of creating a new layout with the custom template without having to right click and use the from template option?

Given below are the screen shots where the first image shows the template which i had set as default while the next image show the new layout that doesnt have the custom layout.

Good day.

You can always just hold down CTRL left click the template and drag it next to it, this would create a copy instantly with out the need to right click extremely useful to save time.

Why not just right click? It is simple, easy and trouble free.

BTW you can also setup your template(s) with multiple title block layouts even in different page sizes.
