Separate hatch on the same layer

I have three different hatches on the same layer and want to select only one of them. How do I do that?

Turn on SELECTIONPREVIEW as well as SELECTIONCYCLING (<CTRL><W>), then click on a position where you have these hatches and you'll get a popup showing which objects you have at the cursors position ... ready to be selected.

I suggest to try LAYISO command to isolate that layer then select what you want . to get back to your previous layers modes type LAYERP command.
