Ctrl+Shift+C not work? (notebook keyboard)- MSI stealth 15M

Recently, I have changed new laptop and install autocad. When I use common command by using hotkey (Ctrl+Shift+C)--Left side, no any results. However, I use Shift (left side) & Ctrl (right side) or Shift (right side) & Ctrl (left side) +C. The Copybase Command is acted normally. Any hints to change (Ctrl+Shift+C)--Left side being normal? Window operators, autocad operator? I have no idea.

You need to look to your notebook specials for the keyboard.

AutoCAD does not differentiate between left or right <CTRL> or <SHIFT> so this seems to be something specific to your keyboard drivers.
