    <description>&lt;P&gt;.toc files do seem to be associated with some GIS apps, though I'm not sure that's what's going on here (those tools are outside of my wheelhouse). If you uninstall those plugins does the file creation stop?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>TOC files appear when opening any cad file</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had a constant problem recently, every time I try to open an autocad file, several TOC files are created in the folder where the main file is hosted, and they are not deleted when I finish using the application.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
