Label Style not including User Defined Information

I have created a point file format to include Offset information, under a user-defined column. When I include the user-defined information into a custom label style, the information does not show. I have attached a screenshot of the settings I have, but from what I can tell I have done everything I can to get it to show. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your screenshots are from Civil 3D, but you posted this in the AutoCAD forum. Not as wide of a C3D audience over here.

Not sure how much this will help but I would just create a new label as a Station Offset format from an Alignment feature and just ultimately select your point. Make sure to select the arrow that I circled in red so you properly add it to your text content. I would customize it so you add Point Name, Station, Offset.

This is something I have thought about, but I need elevation included in the point label and alignment labels don't allow for elevation to be used 😕

What you want to do then is add a reference text and I would either try the Cogo Point or Surface option and see what works for you. You should be able to get all of the information you need.
