Line Have Different Lenght Between Dimension and on Layout in Autocad 2D

Halo everyone, i have a problem with line (L) when I create a line and put the dimension/lenght, the line i create not seem like right. for example, my 3metres line have longer than my 4 metres line. when i check on properties, the short one says 4metres but in my workplane it shorter than the 3metres line. anyone can help me ? and maybe can explaind what happen on my work. thankyou guys

The issue may be a "z" value on the line. See sample of two lines dimensioned, but the length of the bottom one shows a longer length in the properties. The issue here is the "Z" value.
