Hi Everyone,

I need some help to speed my Autocad workflow.

Currently, I have a title block that uses objects>viewport>custom scale field for my drawing scale notation. I want to make the scale notation can be recognized in the drawing table of contents, is there any method to do that? or are there other alternatives besides uses objects>viewport>custom scale field? I've found ViewportScale in sheetset>placeholder field but don't know how to use it or how it works.

Thanks in advance.

I place my scale notation as a text currently, but in advance, I will place it in the title block as an attribute definition. I'm new at SSM, currently, I only do my work with SheetList Tab (never touch the SheetViews or ModelViews). So what can I do to create call-out blocks? If I use the call-out blocks can I get an automatic scale list on my table?

Hi @bagusbudilaksono21

I now understand what you saying. You mean the sheet list table right?

My approach is this, when i define attributes in my SSM, the scale is normally a custom field in the SSM custom properties, and its normally specific to a sheet and NOT the entire sheetset, since different sheets have different scales.

Should you take this approach, you'll have to enter the individual scales for the different sheets by right-clicking on a sheets and accessing properties. Once you have your scales in place you can then insert the sheet list table and include the scale field and it would read this data from the individual files.

The only challenge I would find with your method is when for example you have multiple viewports in a sheet and you dont really want to display all the scale rather substitute it with a text such as "AS SHOWN"

It would be best if it's a video or with step-by-step images.
