Resizing Topo Survey

Hi guys,

Just been given a topo by an architect being in the wrong scale I'm trying to convert it to Meters so scaling the drawing 0.001 but everytime I do this it makes the drawing unusable. please open the attached and have a go at it for me and see if you can get it working.

Turned it into a block then scaled worked.

When moving it doesnt seem to move any of the texts on the points with it tho?

Your drawing is in Inch Units. If you use -DWGUNITS to convert to Feet, as Emilio did, then your coordinates match the grid ticks. You could then use -DWGUNITS again to convert, without scaling, the drawing to Meters, but at this point I have to ask what units will make your drawing "usable".
