Custom Shape linetype

I am using a shape linetype in a dwg. But when i send this dwg to someone else. The linetype is not shown correctly. How to fix this??

Did you send them the shx file thats associated with that linetype?

The shx might not be in the right search path folder.

I want to load this linetype in the dwg permanently. It is possible??

As long as the shape file remains in a location where AutoCAD knows where to look for it, and you send the shape file along with the drawing file whenever you send the drawing to anyone.
