Projecting side surface from a 3D object made by lofting in autocad into 2D

i have made a 3d object by lofting two circles in autocad:

PIC 2

Now I want to project the newly made side surface (without the two original circles) into 2D so I can make it with sheet metal. By projecting the side surface to 2D I mean something similar as when you project the side surface of a cone into a part of a circle.

Based on comments from @ToanDN and @Anonymous .

One your case, because the circles are not centered, make sure to draw the Arc from the longer side (so you don't get a "Results in zero length geometry" error when using the Lengthen command).

I think what you are looking for would be termed " the development of an oblique (offset) cone. " A quick google searched provided some manual techniques including this link. Note that since the cone is not regular the radial distance from the top to bottom edge varies.
