Another way to do it is inserting a block at the intersection. This block contains an arc and 2 wipeouts which will hide the line to be "breaked". You can also give an Alignment Parameter to the block so it becomes a dynamic block which can rotate automatically with the line when you drag it from the Block Insert Palette.

Here attached an example block, you can change it to suit.

Image below is a similar process but not as good as above dynamic block approach.

Another benefits of using block is you can make it an annotative block and it will visually scale up or down automatically in different scaled viewports.

there are some good suggestions herein. I just wanted to add that you will want to keep your approach to the line jumpers uniform and consistent. for example, i would choose the vertical or up/down or north/south or the lines running along the Y axis as the lines to be interrupted and a jumper added to it. also the orientation of the jumper should always be in the +Y side of the line it is jumping over. I'm not certain that a universal standard exist for which lines are to be interrupted and jumpers added. My example is from a firm I use to work for. It does help though in the ease of the "eyes perception" to keep the jumper application consistent. Good luck.
