Using release 2019, using tabs and some tab drawings are in color and others are in shades of grey, no color

release 2019 of what software? You opted to post in a forum tat literally has nothing to do with any software.

First of all, you are posting in the wrong forum. This one is for commenting on the forums themselves. I believe you are using AutoCAD, and that forum is here.

The black layouts will look that way if you have a page setup that uses a monochrome ctb and have "Display Plot Styles" checked.

I thought I was posting on an AutoCAD forum for AutoCAD problems. That is the reason I just mentioned the realease number.

The problem is not when I plot/print. It is when I view/work on a view that is in a tab. Tab A is in color, then I go to tab b and it is in shades of grey, next tab is in color.

Don't confuse Autodesk with AutoCAD. Autodesk makes lots of software, so you need to post to the specific forum for that software. If you click on All Forums in the upper right of the page, you can see all the forums that Autodesk has.

I didn't say that it fixes PLOT issues. Notice the word "Display"? This controls how the tabs display colors and line weights. Give it a try before you dismiss it.

@m.shutek Looks like your post was moved to the correct forum now, AutoCAD. You where posted in a random forum that had nothing to do with your software.

Since you seem confused by the reply you got here v=https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-forum/drawing-tab-problems/m-p/10619744#M1061684 (no one said anything about plotting except you), why not share your DWG file here and your problem will be solved much faster by others.

I believe some of your Viewports are shaded and some are not.

This can happen if your working in Model Space and you shade your drawing then on Paper Space make VP.

The Shade settings stay. Then back in MS and un shade your drawing then go back to PS and make a VP.

In Paper Space, Double click into your VP. You must be inside your VP.

IF you have 3D Wireframe tabs showing click on the one I have circled (see pasted image below).

If not Type: VSCURRENT, then W for Wireframe. Do this for all of your VPs.

Please don't make fun of my Black MS Screen... I prefer it that way... I also liked Blips but they took it away.
