Importing a DGN Not Working

Hello, my company has switched from Microstation to AutoCAD and I have some old .dgn files that I'm having trouble opening in AutoCAD. When I try to import the .dgn file it imports the following text block. I am unsure what it means by "SWITCH YOUR MODEL TO THE APPROPRIATE BORDER SIZE" and AutoCAD's help menu has yielded no results. Any suggestions?

Hi,

If you start a new dwg file .. any changes ? OR you may need to check the DGN version .

I started from a new dwg file, no changes. Unfortunately I can't open the dgn version since I no longer have access to Microstation. Any other suggestions?

The attachments function will not allow me to attach dgn files. Is there a different way I can share?

You can ZIP then file then post it here by coming to the site to post it, or you can use your DROPBOX or OneDrive or GoogleDrive or other cloud service to share files too.

Thanks for the file: I had no issues at all with DGNIMPORT in AutoCAD 2021.1.1 once I completed the import pop-up settings based on my expectations. See attached.

What import popup settings did you use? Perhaps I'm not setting those correctly.
