Block Grips not showing up

Hello,

So im trying to stretch and move a block on my laptop autocad but the grips arent showing up. The autocad on my desktop works just fine but when I open the same file on my laptop I cant move it or stretch it.

Above is the is the block on my desktop.

GRIPS command perhaps, set to 1 or 2, usage explained in HELP.

Hello,

I tried to set it to 0, 1, and 2. Still no luck. I also tried gripobjlimit and changed it from 0 all the way to 2000 and still no luck. Any other suggestions?

What does ABOUT command list as the AutoCAD versions on both computers?
Can you share your DWG file saved from your laptop here?

I appreciate the help, the laptop was running on regular Atuo CAD while the Desktop was running Autocad Architecture. I installed Autocad Architecture on the laptop and now it works!
