Hatch pattern using color 255 appears blue in dwg file

I have keyed note multileader styles that use attributed blocks like circles, hexagons, etc. that use a solid hatch pattern colored 255, sent to back display order for the purpose of text masking. The hatch serves its purpose, however when I am working in the dwg file, the color 255 hatch pattern appears blue?? It should appear white.

Has anyone seen this? My text in the block is a blue tone, and the blue hatch makes it hard to see the text.

Screen colors depend on your program and monitor display settings: so... what do you have going on with all of these? What does your IT think the problem is?

Can you share two things?

1. A screenshot or photo of your screen, showing this.

2. The actual DWG file (erase everything except the hatch and boundary).
