Weird overlapping of toolbar menus

So I just got a new computer, with Windows 11, and downloaded AutoCAD LT 2022. I use the Classic workspace, so I switched everything over and now I keep getting a weird overlapping of different toolbars menus. I don't really even know what to search to figure it out. I've tried moving the toolbars, thinking they were actually overlapping, but they aren't. When I move my mouse over them, it disappears, but then turns dark. Locking and unlocking doesn't seem to affect it. I added a screenshot to explain the 2 instances I'm talking about (Problem1 pic).

Glad to see some Old School screen shots.. I have buttons all over as well.

But try closing AutoCAD, rebooting system and then restarting.

But if that don't help, you will need to Drag and Drop you toolbars down into your window view...

Then slide them back up to what position you need them to be in. At least that was my fix.

Sometimes I find Toolbars that got pushed off the page and they re appear when the one in front goes away.

Well, it could be an incompatibility with W11 quite easily. Make sure that you have the latest GPU drivers.

Have you installed the 2022.1.1 Update yet? ABOUT command will confirm it. If not, get it from your Autodesk Account Page here https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates

If that did not help... Set GFXDX12 variable to 0 (that's a zero) then restart AutoCAD/LT2022: reverting to DirectX11 fixes similar problems for most users.

Also consider turning off LINESMOOTHING and LINEFADING variables: if still no relief then start GRAPHICSCONFIG command and change the 2D Display Settings pulldown from "advanced mode" to one of the other choices.

If all else fails, then turn off Hardware Acceleration as a last resort then contact Autodesk Support like this https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/users-software/support-options#:~:text=To%20contact%20support%3A,to%20access%20help%20and%20support.
