hatch boundary issue

I am trying to hatch an area, but for some reason the boundary is not being detected, even though it is closed.

I have attached the file, as well as a pic (the red line shows where I wish to hatch).

You can also use the select option for hatch and window all the boundaries or select the outer on and then the two inner ones.

Tried the Boundary set option, but did not work.

@user181 didn't mention the boundary set option. Just use the "Select" button rather than the "Pick Points" option. See screencast.

That worked for me, too, but I do wonder why the Pick Points option doesn't work with those Polylines. Near as I can tell, they're all properly closed, without any of the likely candidates for troubles such as backtracking on themselves or coincident vertices and zero-length segments [that I could find, at least], and at the same elevation. I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work, but HATCH can be temperamental in that way....
