Hello, so i want to sweep a circle along a polyline with multiple curves and scale it so it gets thinner at the end. I keep getting a errorcodes 72011 or 5016. Is it even possible to scale the curved 3D-Object? The goal was to create leaf veins. It`s a project for university we have to do.

Hi @lg20156,

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Thank you for the file to help understand better. It seems likely that this is an interference error caused by the profile self-intersecting during the sweep. Suggestions are made for a similar error in the following Autodesk Knowledge Network article:

"Modeling Operation Error: Error Code Number is 40007" when using the Sweep command in AutoCAD

All the best,

Try using LOFT instead.

Draw a large circle at one and and a small one at the other, then loft between the two using a path.
