Link Dynamic Block Properties to table using field expression

I have a dynamic block, which has to be linked to a table to get X & Y coordinates. This we usually do using field expression by selecting object and position. Now the question is, is there any option available in same block if I wanted to get the coordinate of another object and link to the table ? eg: I have a rectangle and circle in block. Block base point is lower left corner of the rectangle and circle is in the middle of the rectangle. Once the block is inserted in the drawing I can link to the table using field expression by selecting insertion point. so that i will get the X & Y. but to get the X & Y value for circle any options are available ?

Should be able to use a Point Parameter on the circle and then instruct the field to use the appropriate properties of the block
