Quickly create multiple layouts

I have a project to plot that has around 430 sheets. From the plot.log it seems that the last person that worked on it used a single layout and changed the sheet information and plotted a sigle sheet at a time.
I was wondering if there is a easy and quick way to make all the required layouts so i could use a PUBLISH after its all done. The only difference between each sheet is the page number and the viewport (not the shape, just the content). I think the page number can be automated with a sheet set or something but i dont know if it will automate the viewports too.

Any help is appreciated.
