Sheet Set not plotting properly

Using AutoCAD 2020

When I plot using the sheet set it comes out small, in the corner of the PDF.

I'm not using any page overrides or anything.

All my page setups are set to my normal and it plots normally when using PLOT.

I tried plotting from the sheet set on a coworker's PC and LT 2020, and it plotted fine.

So I think it's just an issue with my specific PC.

I'm thinking it's just a simple setting somewhere to make it uses the existing page setups? I'm not really sure what I'm looking for.

I'm also not sure how this issue happened, as I was the one who created the sheet set and everything was fine until it wasn't.

What's the sheet size in the PDF (not autocad nor LT) you created?
And from the other PC?

Post a screenshot of your PUBLISH command pop-up from your computer.
Do the same from the other PC.

Do the same for the ABOUT command pop-up from each seat too please.

Here's a screen of the issue as well:

It plots like this when plotting from the sheet set. Black is the size and location the sheet gets plotted.

It plots properly when using publish

My Computer:

Generated PDF size: 36 x 24 in

Other Seat:

Generated PDF Size: 36 x 24 in

Try making a proper Page Setup using the same Dwg to Pdf.pc3

When you are in you Publish window, use the ''Plotter Named in Page setup'' option and apply it to all your dwg's (instead of using Pdf Preset - Dwg to Pdf) and give that a try.
