Solid creation failed, no watertight volume detected

I am trying to create 3D solids by patching surface faces and then sculpting the surfaces to a 3D solid but I keep getting the error "Solid creation failed, no watertight volume detected". I can't seem to find a gap. Any thoughts on how to resolve this? Drawing attached. Thanks, Darren

Zoom in on the objects & close all the gaps between the surfaces.

Your geometry resides far away from the origin (0,0,0), so there are high coordinate values.

Solution:

Move the surfaces close to the origin, then use the sculpt command to create the both solids and move these (if necessary) back to their original position.

I was very careful and used osnaps to make sure there were no gaps. Couldn't see any gaps when I zoomed in either. Thanks though.

Another way you can see >>here<<. (Loft, Surfpatch/Chain, Sculpt).

(I don't know how You created the surfaces)
