Hi,

Ensure the problematic iPad has a stable and fast internet connection, as OneDrive requires an internet connection to download files on demand.

AutoCAD may have accumulated corrupt cache data.

Open the AutoCAD app.

Go to Settings or App Preferences.

Look for an option to clear the cache or reset temporary files.

Check OneDrive Sync Status

Open the OneDrive app directly on the problematic iPad.

Navigate to the folder containing the DWG file.

Ensure the file has been downloaded successfully (look for the green checkmark icon next to the file).

AutoCAD on iPad Pro (2024)

Greetings All,

We're using AutoCAD for iPad to view DWG files from OneDrive. OneDrive downloads the files in the background on demand.

We use the Apple Files App from within the AutoCAD app to launch the files in OneDrive and this works and has been working fine for months on several iPads.

One of these iPads has a problem loading files. It says 0% (loading) but does not continue after that. Other iPads with the same file work perfectly.

My question is:

- Does anyone else have experience using the mobile app on iPad?
- If yes, with OneDrive?

- In General, has someone experienced the 0% loading issue?

Steps I've done so far:

- Removed the App and reinstalled, no effect.

- Remove OneDrive and re-installed, no effect.

- Directly from OneDrive and Apple Files app, DWG TrueView loads the file just fine.

- Restarted the iPad, no effect.

Thanks
