Autocad 2021 is Crashing or not Reponsding Randomly it seems

Hello All !

I am having a heck of a time trying to isolate a crashing/freezing issue we are having with AutoCad. The machine does exceed Recommended Requirements. I am trying to figure out where to get AutoCad log files so I can take a look at that. All I have is an event log 10016 to go on. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

R2021 is not new: is this a fresh install, or a problem that cropped up over the weekend in this one single PC?

Post a screenshot of your AutoCAD's ABOUT command pup-up as well as the GRAPHICSCONFIG command pop-up please. and confirm your OS to everyone here.

I have window 10 pro installed 20H2 64 bit. It is a problem that I thought was machine based, but turns out it may not be. I re-imaged the computer with no luck. I built a brand new computer, still he had the issue. But to answer your question, this issue popped up for him out of nowhere and we haven't had this issue with any of our other 60 AutoCAd users.
