Autocad freezing every few minutes (in more than one computer)

In more os less 4 months, the Autocad 2022 started with freeze each 5 minutes (and the duration of freeze is about 30 seconds),...I bought a new computer (Nitro 5 with 16gb ram GTX 1650) and i'm with the same issue (i have two computers, both ACER)...

I realized two interesting things.

1 - When i open AUTOCAD and REVIT at the same time, the issue simply disappears...

2 - The freeze interval and his duration has exacly the SAME TIME...FREEZE occours each 5 minutes and the freeze duration 30 seconds (and again again again)

Here i have a printscreen of my desktop manager, that show us the "Not responding" during the 30seconds of FREEZE.

What is your autosave interval?

Try some of the following:

I assume you've already tried just opening AutoCAD with an empty drawing and see if it freezes after 5 minutes.

If you're running on a network, disconnect it and see if AutoCAD still freezes.

Disable all power save options like screensavers, putting computer to sleep and etc.

Disconnect from internet & disable any anti-virus, malware detection software temporarily to see if AutoCAD freezes

Test by running AutoCAD using only the minimal peripherals: Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor

In AutoCAD run 3dConfig command and see if Hardware Acceleration can be turned Off

did not work...i tried all solutions of paulli_apa + disable autosave and did not work anything.

What are the windows operating systems on both computers?

Have you tried installing an older version of AutoCAD to see if the momentary freeze occurs as well?&

In my nitro 5 currently is Windows 10 PRO (but i tried with Home and Enterprise)

In my another computer (Acer A-515) is Windows 10 HOME...

No...it's a very good idea. I'll try in my old computer (bcuz i'm working in the Nitro) and while i'm working, i'll try with a old version...what do you recommend? 2019, 2018, 2017?

I assume you’ve installed the latest windows updates as well as the latest AutoCAD 2022 Updates?

As for AutoCAD Versions to test, go with older 2021 and newer 2023

great...now if you're really adventurous...try more later versions all the way up to 2023 to see if they also work
