"work" is an interesting word: how exactly are you using it?

If you are running windows 10 - it will install and "work". Will it work and not crash due to lack of sufficient hardware, for you? Only you can decide. Download the trial and test. Simple line drawings? Probably. Complex 3D models? Probably not.

In other words, it's kind of like asking if can you make it from New York to LA in a 1974 toyota corolla. Probably, but you may need some repairs along the way, and it may be slow.
