@AmyDee Expand your commandline to be much taller than 1-2-3 lines and see for your self what the error is:
"multileaders not selected because they were no coplanar"

Here is a side view of your not-so-flat drawing

I'm not sure how that was created: are these your own, or did they come from copy/paste actions?

Thanks for sharing the DWG file. FLATTEN command seems to explode them all through. Interesting.

No idea how to fix this messy content in one easy step, sorry. Maybe someone else can help figure it out.

Working through PROPERTIEs got most o the linework and hatches on the same elevation, those MLEADERs though... .

I use the MLEADERALIGN command a lot so I know it works great. However, I have a detail which was drawn by another person and I cannot get ALL of the multileaders to align. Some align but most do not. Is there a way of drawing a multileader which would prevent it from aligning? Thank you.

Wow!! That's crazy. I do have my command line expanded but I never looked at it. Duh. This detail was a combination of different drawings. The intern did it. (Is that like the butler did it?) We don't use 3D here so I think someone drew on top of an engineer's survey and the madness spread from there. Thank you for figuring out the problem.
