some tools allow you to enter embed code from other apps. For example you can embed a vimeo video into another app since vimeo provides some embed code for each video.

Does autocad provide any embed code that allows you to embed autocad files or any else from autocad into other apps?

None that I know of from the AutoCAD side. Forever AutoCAD has relied on exporting DXF files for other programs to import. Then there is Revit which is really part of the Autodesk product suite which can reference or import AutoCAD drawings.

Yes you can. But it depends on if you want to rely on if AutoCAD or AutoCAD TrueView are installed or if you can rely on a web solution with the DWG online.

Yes. You can use Copy to the clipboard (Ctrl-C) and Paste Special in the other app. I've used it to copy AutoCAD graphics to MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. A link is established to the source AutoCAD file if you use the AutoCAD Drawing Object option. I prefer to use the the Picture (Windows Metafile) option when I want a good quality vector drawing in the Microsoft application but this does not retain the link to the two files. When going this route be sure to set the visual style to 2D WIreframe. If you have a 3D model and want hidden lines removed set dispsilh to 0 first then give the hide command.
