Laptop Specs (3D modeling/rendering)

I am in the market for a new laptop: I’m trying to avoid the ‘dell precision’ (as they’re quite a lot more expensive) so I’m leaning towards a gaming laptop that will (hopefully) run AutoCAD, Revit & 3DS Max (I’ll be doing 3D modeling & rendering). This screenshot is of the specs I am currently looking at. Before I spend a small fortune on a new laptop, I’d love to know: is there any reason to believe this would crash on me?

assuming you're talking about the latest version of all 3 programs, then they should be compatible with the Windows 11 OS. The other major compatibility issue is with the graphics card. You can check the ones that have been certified by Autodesk here: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/certified-graphics-hardware?_ga=2.111877572.1191351761.1659539570-740359233.1628468765

Note that even if your graphics card is not on the list, it may still run perfectly. But you won't know that until you actually try it.

You will want to purchase a laptop that is geared towards Revit and 3DS: so asking in the AutoCAD forum is probably not doing you any favors since this old program will run just fine on pretty much anything.

Ask in those other forums.
