CADWorx Structure Unrecognized elements

I have created a 3D model of beams and columns using CADWorx Structure 24. However, the next day, when I opened the file, CADWorx could not recognize the elements. For instance, when I double-click on a beam, a Block dialog box appears, as shown in the attached photo.

I am currently having the same issue with steel and piping.
