OLE Excel Scaling Problem

We have an excel table which is inserted into our drawing as an OLE.

The OLE was scaled in the drawing to fit into the title block, this was originally done using 1080p monitors.

Since upgrading to 4K monitors, once the OLE is opened and closed again it stretches the width of the OLE so that it no longer fits into the title block.

Is there a way to lock the height and width so that it stays the same size no matter what monitor size it is opened on?

Unfortunately, Microsoft Excel adjusts its dimensions (column widths, row heights) with the Windows font scaling (100%, 150%, etc). The only way you will be able maintain consistent sizes is to set all workstations involved to the same font scaling. If you find a way to stop it, please let us know.
