AutoCAD 2019 - Slow startup

I've got AutoCAD 2019 running on a server. It's an ootb install with no customizations. When I start it, the splash screen shows and everything but the ribbon shows. While waiting for the ribbon to show, it takes over a minute to finish loading. At the moment, I can't think of a way to test what might be causing this slowdown. Any ideas?

I am interested by what exactly "I've got AutoCAD 2019 running on a server." means.

Do you mean that it is installed on a device, which is sitting in a remote location, and you are remoting to it?

No, it's actually on a server. It's just for our dms. The dms uses it to print pdf's of documents as they are checked into the system.
