AutoCAD - Cannot rotate ole object in a specific file

Guys, I cannot understand a valid answer to solve this problem. The object do not follow the angle or normal degrees i need to move toward. Is anyone able to solve this rotate problem? Kind Regards

Not enough information: try again please, include video or lots of screenshots and a DWG file when you can.

Does it happen with all object types, or only OLE objects?

It Happen only in this file, not the others I opened, I now tried, only OLE I think, i tested PDF import and is correct

Is that easy or might require more than general skills to get ahead of it?
