AutoCAD 2023 Freezing When Using AutoTurn In Specific File

We received a file from an Architect and need to run a truck turn. We do this all the time. Unfortunately the AutoTurn freezes and we have to CTRL-ALT-DEL and shut AutoCAD down using Task Manager. There is no error message.

The file in question has been cleaned-up by performing the following commands: PURGE, -PURGE, KILLZOMBIES, OVERKILL, blocked the entire contents of the drawing and we have copied the entire contents into a new drawing file, still freezes.

Any other drawing we try the AutoTurn in works just fine, as it usually does.

Any suggestions on how to "clean" the file further would be appreciated.

Is there any way to know whether the problem is with AutoCAD or AutoTurn? Does Transoft Solutions have something like a Forum where you can ask about it? Maybe other users of it have encountered the same thing.
