ACAD 2023 - Dimensions not showing up when I insert into Paper Space

This is driving me nuts!
When I insert the attached file into paper space of another drawing, the dimensions don't show up.

What is going on?

Hi,

Your issue will resolved by changing the value for ANNOALLVISIBLE system variable to 1 then type Regen .

Command: ANNOALLVISIBLE
Enter new value for ANNOALLVISIBLE <0>: 1
Command: RE REGEN Regenerating layout.

I would also suspect the annotation scale of the dims you are inserting. You can go into modelspace of the new drawing and add the appropriate annotation scale to those objects to match the viewport scale. I would avoid leaving ANNOALLVISIBLE on as it may have some undesired effects. It's best to match the annotation scales between the viewport and the annotation objects and leave ANNOALLVISIBLE turned off.
