EXPORT vs PLOT differences - PDF

Hi all,

Is PDF output different in any way, using EXPORT and PLOT commands? Do these commands do the same thing, creating PDF files?

Perhaps my question is not clear. Let's say when do we use EXPORT to PDF and when would we use PLOT to PDF? Or the outputs are the same?

Plot has a lot more control than Export. With Plot you can specify a certain area, choose a scale, select ctb or stb to control line weight, and use different visual styles for appearance.
