Create a Boundary polyline from inserted pdf drawing

Hi There,

can anyone advise if i can create room boundary in busy drawing inserted as PDF

i tried hatch/generate boundary or boundary but i can't find a way to create boundary for attached drawing

it might not be clean 100% but i am trying to create boundary close to red closed line in attached

Not a feature of the program, your area is just way too busy: AutoCAD's BOUNDARY command alone does not do anything like that. Sorry. It is going to have to be drawn manually by you (PLINE command is how you did it, yes?).
