Automatic switching between multiple sessions

I've been running Autocad 2023 for several months now, and have all current updates installed. I also prefer to use multiple sessions for different projects. It's quite common for me to end up with 2 or 3 sessions as various "interruptions" for other projects arise. And before anyone comments on the use of multiple sessions, let me just say I prefer this setup as it helps me keep different projects separated, as well as minimizing any disruptions from crashes/etc. And as my personal reference I wish to keep using them.

My issue is that only in the last few days I've noticed my screen will randomly switch between these sessions, but only when one session is already active. (like when you select a different, not combined, program on the taskbar, or use alt-tab to switch windows). It does this automatically, and rapidly cycles through, only, my autocad sessions several times before automatically stopping. It can occur when I have something selected, with or without a command active, and can also occur when I'm not even touching the mouse. I thought this was also caused by my old mouse which had a worn selection button, I swapped it out to a new one, but the problem persisted. So, does anyone know what may be causing this behavior? And how to stop it?

So far I've eliminated the possibility of it being filetabthumbhover or selectionpreview. And can confirm this is not a regen issue of any kind (though my regenauto is also off). I also tried switching off statusbarautowrap, but that didn't seem to change anything. I can also confirm this does not appear to be a windows 10 problem, as I've tested opening multiple sessions of windows explorer, outlook, and pdfs, and it does not occur with any other program session when they are active, nor will the automatic cycling switch to any other program besides autocad.

If this is not AutoSave (can you disable it as a test?), then my guess is that it has something to do with the license manager and as such is not something you will be able to stop.
