Make a table with blocks and attributes en send it to autocad

Hello,

Is it possible to make a table in excel where you can call blocks in autoCAD?

The blocks are already made in autoCAD with attributes.

So the question is can you call blocks and fill in the attributes with a table made in excel?

No i want to make a table with the attributes in. I dont want to export and import the attributes, because al my data is in my excel.
