Tabs not showing up when plotting

Hey everyone, I have a team member who will select all his tabs, right click and "publish selected layouts" and have multiple tabs not show in the publish popup. I am stumped on what is causing this. he is the only one having this issue in any of our templates.

Tabs? Can you share screenshots so we can see what you all can see (your PC and this other PC)?

Also post screenshots from ABOUT command from that same AutoCAD please.

Here is what is happening. Layout tabs are not showing up in the publish.

Thanks for the screenshots: are the two GN-1 and GN-2 layouts not formatted?
Is the user accessing a saved DSD file that does not have those two tabs selected?

Can you yourself on that same PC in this file select the first tab, holds the SHIFT key down then selects the last tab, then right-clicks to choose PUBLISH SELECTED LAYOUTS to see if those two appear in the list?
and can you do that on your own PC?

The layouts work on my pc and on two other employees pc's.

His sheet list is set to None. I thought it was the DSD file as well but he never saved a sheet set. If he saves his work, closes AutoCAD and opens the file again it will publish the layouts correctly.

We have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling CAD

@jbohling4DJJG Are you able to share that file here by chance? I too may not have any issues with it either, but someone might spot something.

Dumb question: if they re-created those two tabs, does the problem go away for all of you in that file? Worth testing in a copy.

Some more information: He says the problem occurs when he deletes unused layout pages from the template. If he doesn't delete them he is able to publish everything.
