Is there any method to freeze or hidde objects or layers only for a xref (copy) but xclipped (with hidde sections).

I tried, I found this is possible, but no ide how to control this, because only work for random copies.

any help?

Of course it's possible with layers. XREFs have there own set of layers. If you have a copy of an XREF, you will have to rename the first one referenced and then XREF in the same file so that they have unique layers.

He know that and he answered well. Just do it and be happy.

If you like to freeze a Layer, that Layer is freeze, by logic all objects which refers to that layer disappears.

If you like to see objects in one copy, but to hide in another one, you need differently layers/different Xrefs, by logic.

Rob told you how to do create multiple Xrefs to the same file:

Go to External References Palette or to Rename dialog (section Block)

and rename the referencename.

Now, you can attach the file a second time to your file (and I would rename this Xref also)
