Way to make a table move up instead of down?

So, I'm wording this carefully, because when I ask about justifying a table, I get hits on how to justify the text inside of the table. So, I have a table in a bottom right corner. If I hit "enter" it opens a new row. The row goes off the page. Is there a way to bottom-left justify the table itself, so that whenever a new row is added, the title will move up but the bottom left corner will remain where it is? I've attached an image to clarify the concept.

I don't believe this option is available for tables.

May want to submit it on the AUGI Wish List or vote for a similar wish >>LINK<<.

Maybe look into other options, like anchoring a dynamic blocks that includes tables.
