Preview Thumbnail Not Showing

Ever since the first update to AutoCAD 2023, my thumbnail previews have gone missing. I'm now in version 2024 and it's the same issue. If I open and resave a file, the thumbnail will appear, otherwise nothing will show up.

When I browse in AutoCAD 2019 and 2022, the thumbnails are all there. (Yes, I have a lot of versions installed at the moment).

I have tried a number of fixes with no luck so far. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for the link. I tried all of those previously except for reinstalling. Something changed in the AutoCAD 2023 first service pack update going forward that removed the previews.

They are pointing to the "PreviewVisible" variable in the registry that I have been unable to locate. Checked all the folders but not seeing it. Will keep looking.

No update. Have learned to live with it but it's super frustrating.

you may need to add it, see LISP tip above.
