You may need to turn OFF hardware acceleration.

When you type the command GRAPHICSCONFIG, are you using virtual device DirectX11 or DirectX12?

If it says DirectX 11, try changing the system variable GFXDX12 to 0 and restart AutoCAD.

Otherwise try to turn the Hardware Acceleration of to see if it is a graphic card/driver issue. (if it works better without hardware acceleration, look to update your graphic card drivers)
