Type ALIASEDIT in the command line to open the Command Alias Editor. This tool allows you to add, remove, or change shortcuts for commands. It is available in full AutoCAD and most vertical products, but not AutoCAD LT. press EDIT button [Look for ISO alias command] while you under Command aliases tab.

If you type INPUTSEARCHOPTIONS at the command line it will pull up a dialog with command search options. Under AutoComplete, by default it is set to pull up a suggestion based on frequency of usage. Since you are using a brand new installation, it may just use a more common command when you type ISO. You may need to train it a little bit to get it to recognize that ISO needs to bring up ISOLATE. If you just type ISO, alphabetically you are going to get ISODRAFT. You can also adjust your aliases as previously suggested, but the input search options, can possibly override that as well. You can also turn off the input search by unchecking the various boxes in the dialog box.
