AUTOCAD CRASHES WHILE USING offset command

Good evening,

i have an Autodesk account with a student licence and i wanted some clarfication on a program crash that i esperience frequently. This block occurred when i tried to offest a sline, which makes mi unable to continue the work and even prevents me from closing the Autocad 2d program. This hang occurs only when i use the "offest" command. It is a pc problem or a program bug?

@chiaradonetti Share with us screenshots of your ABOUT command pop-up as well as your GRAPHICSCONFIG command pop-up please.

i'm attaching the screenshot of my computer when autocad 2d stop working after the offset command. The other computer's major commands and software remain fully functional.
