    <description>&lt;P&gt;To me, it sounds like you need a full document management system, DMS. I've used &lt;A href="https://www.synergissoftware.com/software/adept/document-management-platform" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Adept&lt;/A&gt; by Synergis Software. You can categorize documents and organized them for convenient browsing of documents. Adept also includes full text search. Paul mentions Autodesk products, but I've found them oriented exclusively towards AEC projects. Adept is a desktop product for power users but also has online access.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
