Publish Button Unavailable

I need to be able to access the options under the Publish Options button so that I can toggle whether it prints multiple drawings into one PDF file or multiple drawings into individual PDF files...I have a use for both options but the Publish Options button is greyed out and unavailable. (AutoCAD Architecture 2019)

That only shows up when you select PDF or DWF for output, NOT your pagesetup.

This IS in my publish dialog box and I am publishing PDF's.

As pendean wrote before: These options are only availalbe by using the PDF(or dwf) option of Publish command.

Take a look to the upper left corner of the dialog, look at "PUBLISH TO"

Currently your setup using the current pagesetup of each layout, alle setting incl. the plotter driver.

By using the Publish feature you can override the printer setting of your pagesetups to use the internal PDF oder DWF driver,

for these both you have to select PDF or DWF driver as "PUBLISH TO:" and then these options are available. Only then.

Since I searched a couple threads on this, I didn't understand the first solution immediately and a lot of people using these programs are visual - see the attached screen shot - you must have the "Publish To" in the upper left corner set to "PDF" or "DWF" for the Publish Options button to be active.

AutoCAD is not frozen, your pop-up is simply off screen waiting for you to use it. Tips to remedy that are
